Job Description

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Perform all HR Operations- Update policy, employee management
  • Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities
  • Record employee & candidate data
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
