Job Summary<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate insights into intuitive design solutions, and contribute to building products that deliver exceptional usability and business value. You will play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the overall interaction and experience across digital platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and pain points.
\u2022 Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
\u2022 Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
\u2022 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies and design solutions.
\u2022 Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and component libraries across platforms.
\u2022 Apply usability principles and accessibility standards to deliver inclusive digital experiences.
\u2022 Test and iterate designs based on feedback, user behaviour, and data insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related field.
\u2022 Certification or coursework in UI\/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design is a plus.
\u2022 Internship or project experience in UX\/UI design preferred (academic projects also acceptable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Understanding of UX principles, User-Centered Design (UCD), and usability standards (Nielsen\u2019s Heuristics)
\u2022 Experience in user research, usability testing, and A\/B testing
\u2022 Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and design systems
\u2022 Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
\u2022 Familiarity with UI design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and strong visual design fundamentals
\u2022 Understanding of responsive and accessible design (WCAG basics)
\u2022 Basic knowledge of HTML\/CSS and developer constraints
\u2022 Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and product mindset (business goals\/KPIs)
\u2022 Familiarity with Agile\/Scrum and cross-team collaboration
\u2022 Good communication, attention to detail, time management, and user empathy
\u2022 Bonus: Motion design, micro-interactions, UX writing, AI\/conversational design<\/p>\n\n\n\n
