We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Executive \u2013 IT Recruitment to join our growing team. This role focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment along with exposure to core HR operations. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, managing hiring pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience while supporting overall HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a strong foundation in HR within a professional IT environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roles & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles
\u2022 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other effective channels
\u2022 Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and manage the hiring pipeline
\u2022 Conduct initial interviews (telephonic\/virtual) and coordinate further rounds
\u2022 Draft, post, and manage job listings across multiple platforms
\u2022 Engage with passive candidates through professional outreach
\u2022 Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring and operational needs
\u2022 Manage onboarding processes and ensure a seamless joining experience
\u2022 Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
\u2022 Assist in employee retention efforts and maintaining a positive work environment
\u2022 Handle attendance tracking and leave management processes
\u2022 Maintain and update candidate and employee records
\u2022 Support HR operations, including policy implementation and employee coordination
\u2022 Assist in training coordination and performance management activities
\u2022 Apply basic negotiation skills during offer discussions and candidate handling<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 <\/strong>IT and Non IT Recruitment:<\/strong> Basic understanding of hiring for technical roles
\u2022 <\/strong>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
\u2022 Coordination: Ability to manage multiple candidates and stakeholders
\u2022 HR Operations: Knowledge of onboarding, attendance, and leave management
\u2022 Employee Engagement: Understanding of workplace culture and retention practices
\u2022 Negotiation Skills: Basic ability to handle candidate discussions professionally
\u2022 Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
