Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to contribute to our growth in the IT domain by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong, long-term client relationships. In this role, you will interact with both domestic and international clients, manage and nurture lead pipelines, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue and market expansion. Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential business leads through various channels (online platforms, databases, referrals)
• Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, calls, and professional networking platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update a structured database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools
• Assist in evaluating international market opportunities and trade prospects
• Support the sales and business development team in achieving targets and growth objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Basic understanding of business development, sales processes, and client management
• Familiarity with international business practices or global markets is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are a plus
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
